Alli reached out to the OBS team with a vision in mind for a blog style website. Alli wanted a place where she could share her gluten free lifestyle, and her delicious gluten free recipes with the rest of the world. She wanted to make it easy for people to download these recipes and cook them. The crazy part about this project is that several members of the OBS team either have a gluten allergy, or have adopted a gluten free lifestyle. We often keep Alli's chocolate peanut butter drizzle brownies in our office, and we are close to petitioning for her to open her own restaurant. This website is a must visit for anyone in the gluten free community. If you know someone gluten free, make sure you introduce them to Alli's Appetite. They will be extremely thankful that you did!
